Once you submit your idea, inspiration, or sketch, our design team reviews your request and contacts you within 48–72 hours. We guide you through design, stone selection, pricing, and timeline before
production begins.
Do I need to have a final design before submitting the form?
Not at all. You can submit a fully developed
design, a simple idea, or even just a feeling you want the piece to represent. Our designers specialize in transforming concepts into refined, wearable art.
What materials does ÈLEANORA use?
ÈLEANORA works exclusively with lab grown diamonds and ethically sourced lab grown gemstones, set in 18k gold (yellow, white, or rose) or platinum.
Are bespoke pieces refundable or returnable?
Because each bespoke jewel is created uniquely for you, custom pieces are final sale. However, we ensure full approval of the design and specifications before production begins.
How long does it take to create a bespoke piece?
Production timelines typically range from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on design complexity and stone availability. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Can I set a budget for my custom piece?
Yes. Your budget helps guide stone selection, design complexity, and materials. Our team will always propose options that align with your desired investment.
Will I receive design sketches or previews?
Yes. You will receive digital sketches and/or 3D renderings for approval before production begins. No piece is made without your confirmation.
Do you offer engraving or symbolic details?
Absolutely. Engravings, hidden stones, initials, dates, and symbolic design elements can be incorporated into your bespoke piece.
Is my design protected and kept confidential?
Yes. All bespoke designs and communications are confidential and protected under ÈLEANORA’s intellectual property and privacy policies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ÈLEANORA offers insured international
shipping. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be confirmed during your
consultation.
How do payments work for bespoke orders?
Bespoke pieces typically require a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. Payment details will be
outlined clearly during the design approval stage.
Can I recreate a piece I’ve seen elsewhere?
We can take inspiration from existing designs, but every ÈLEANORA piece is original. We do not replicate copyrighted
or trademarked designs.
