Due to the delicate and personalized nature of our jewelry, return eligibility may vary depending on the product.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom pieces, engraved items, and altered jewelry are final sale unless defective.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom designs, engraved items, sale pieces, and gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible items based on availability. Custom items cannot be exchanged.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
